Kate Lawler teasingly called on her followers to "send help" amid looking after her daughter Noa during half-term just a few days ago, whilst discussing her experience as a parent.
The presenter, 43 - who fronts competition segments on This Morning - took to Instagram recently to post a video of herself after a challenging night with toddler Noa, three, whom Kate shares with her husband Martin Bojtos, 39.
She said in the footage, which was shared over the weekend: "Send help! 3am till 5am my toddler was wide awake. And before you say 'did she nap in the day? Did she have a day nap?' No, she didn't. She had a very productive day."

A lot of stimulation, not too much stimulation though, and she ate about ten thousands more calories than I did so she definitely wasn't hungry. How am I gonna do hot yoga in half an hour?"
Kate - who rose to fame on the third series of Big Brother, which she won, in 2002 - went on to share some of the questions that she had been asked by Noa during the night. They included: "What's an asteroid, mummy?" She added: "How did our queen die? She's three. Oh, I'm done. I'm done with half-term. I'm done. Is there any nursery open today?"

She continued in the video: "I just find it so weird at the level of how awake they suddenly are. She was fast asleep and then she was like [asking me these questions]. They don't have any consideration that anyone else in the house might be asleep and to even just whisper that question."
Kate wrote in the caption that accompanied the video: "Send help. Why are toddlers so goddam cute but terrors in the night?!" The post has amassed more than 18,000 likes on the platform, including having received support from her colleague Josie Gibson. Some fans took to the comments section to share their own similar experiences as parents.
One person wrote: "She's exactly the same as every other toddler her age." Another said: "Development leap. Don't worry it's a phase and she'll calm." Someone else said to her: "We had this with our toddler. On and off for months."
Another fan said: "I'm totally feeling your pain." Someone wrote: "Awwww this cracked me up. So bloody real." Whilst one person shared: "When my child was two she asked me in the middle of the night 'are bannisters expensive?' wtf."
Kate added in the comments section that she's "hoping it's just a phase". The radio host further told her followers that it began shortly after her daughter turned 3 earlier this month, with her saying in a comment: "Really odd."
