Geri Horner, whose husband is under investigation for alleged "inappropriate behaviour" at work, is said to be leaning on her old friend Victoria Beckham.
It comes after Red Bull boss Christian Horner became the centre of an investigation by external officials. A spokesperson for the drink company said:"After being made aware of certain recent allegations, the company launched an independent investigation. This process, which is already underway, is being carried out by an external specialist barrister. The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as practically possible."
The team Formula One team principal "completely denies" the allegations he is facing. Geri has received the support from her fans following the allegations. Reports suggested Gerri was "not talking to anyone" but has now turned to fellow Spice Girl Victoria Beckham for support.
A source told OK! that after hearing about the probe into his conduct, Victoria was quick to offer support to her former Spice Girl bandmate. The source added: "They always got on well and have been there for each other through the difficult times. When Geri was having a bit of a stormy relationship with some of the other Spice Girls, Victoria supported her and helped her through. It's the same now Victoria wants to support Geri any way she can."
Victoria Beckham and her hubby David have been through some tough times, like the drama around his rumoured fling with Rebecca Loos. They touched on it in their Netflix show last year and how they dealt with people being mad at David after he got sent off in the England vs Argentina match at the 1998 World Cup.
Brooklyn Beckham sparks backlash again with 'Scouse soup' after pasta fiascoIt has been claimed Geri who tied the knot with Christian in 2015 and had their little boy Monty in January 2017, was a big help to Victoria when things were rough. "Victoria and David have had some really low points together as a couple and Geri was there for her."
Even though they're close now, it wasn't always smooth sailing for Geri and Victoria. They had a falling out when Geri left the Spice Girls mid-tour in 1998. Victoria wrote in her 2001 book Learning To Fly that she felt angry and betrayed when Geri left without saying anything.
A source told the Daily Mail : "Geri seems to be simply too upset to engage with anyone. Just lots of tears. She will stand by him and be at his side just as much as she always has been. She never misses a race and that will not change." Despite the allegations, Geri's dedicated fans have quickly offered their support to the It's Raining Men singer. In a new interview, Geri opened up to Perfect magazine about life at the Horner home and her love of being near the seaside.
Taking to the comments, one follower said: "You're so iconic, Spice Girl!" Another penned: "We love you @gerihalliwellhorner! We know how strong you are and that you always come out of everything well! everything will be fine!" "Queen @gerihalliwellhorner," commented another.
A fourth typed: "Geri Halliwell is a prime example of someone mastering the art of staying forever young, a youthful spirit shines forth no matter the age she will always be the cute ingenue." A source close to Geri, 51, who is best known as Ginger Spice, told The Sun : "Geri has been in floods of tears all weekend while looking after her kids. She is insisting Christian has done nothing wrong."
