After Miley Cyrus became an overnight fitspiration to many after her unforgettable performance at the 2024 Grammy Awards, one fitness expert has revealed the secret to her newly sculpted figure.
During the covet award ceremony viewers were blown away when the pop singer took the stage and showed off her stunning ripped physique as she performed her hit song Flowers. During the live show Miley dazzled audiences as she stepped out in a glamorous silver beaded fringe Bob Mackie dress and huge hairstyle as a homage to the legendary Tina Turner who passed away in May. And while many praised the gorgeous outfit, many also couldn't help but notice Miley's toned body transformation with fans calling for the star to drop her workout routine.
Underneath Miley's latest Instagram post from the Grammy performance fans flooded the singer's comments with praise over her healthy, fit new look. One fan commented: "Miss...I need you to drop the full body workout routine immediately." And another agreed: "Her muscle tone is insane!" And another added: "Drop your upper body routine queen plz" to which another replied: "thinking the same thing. She's PERFECT."

The 31-year-old popstar started her fitness journey back in 2012 after the release of her hit song Wrecking Ball and has previously credited her body transformation to regularly doing pilates. Pilates can be an intense full-body workout and has been reported to be able to have gym-goers burn up to 400 calories in just one session. The workout can usually be achieved without having to purchase any special equipment as well as it usually involves exercises like crunches, leg raises, and wall sits.
While pilates surely contributed to Miley's ripped arms, experts claim that the singer is also probably doing a number of other arm workouts to achieve her current figure including dumbbell curls, tricep dips, and push-ups. Fitness pros claim that if you were to full commit to doing Pilates and strength training regularly you are sure to see substantial results in just a few months.
