Mrs Hinch is known for being the UK’s top 'cleanfluencer' – so she has stunned fans with her latest social media post.

The 33-year-old from Essex, who has almost five million Instagram followers and has written cleaning books that have ended up as Sunday Times bestsellers, left fans gobsmacked with her latest reel. Sharing a candid video, the mum-of-two – whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe – said: “People assume I am obsessed with cleaning, the truth is I’m not.” She then went on to reveal the real reason behind her obsession with cleanliness.

She continued: “I clean because it’s my therapy. It helps me feel in control. I feel I have accomplished something each day, it frees my mind from over thinking and over worrying. In fact cleaning changed my life, 4.8 million followers later, forever grateful for you all. Thank you.”
