Chef K detailed that the famous family likes pasta and grilled cheese as a cheat - but only if they maintain their workout schedule. Talking about Kris Jenner and her daughters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner she explained: "As far as their diet goes, they’re really disciplined. Let’s just say they have one whole grilled cheese; they’ll make up for it by working out at the gym. They’re really rigid about that."

And when it comes to snacks after a boozy night Chef K says a grilled cheese sandwich is the "hands down" winner for the family adding that "with Rao’s Homemade tomato sauce, it’s just the easiest 10-minute thing,” and that “sometimes they’re like, ‘Ah, chef, you’ve been here 21 hours, but can you whip up another late-night snack?"
Chef K also detailed how she created the Kardashian-Jenners’ eggplant rollatini Christmas dish by using Rao’s Homemade Marinara adding turkey sausage and herb ricotta filling. Chef K described how the family "try to eat somewhat healthy, especially [on] the holidays.” She added: “So I’m not trying to present a whole dish and then they say, “Oh, whoa, do you have anything else?’ So the best way to do that is to make [the meal] gluten-free.” She laughed: “As long as they hear the words ‘gluten-free’ nowadays, it’s automatically healthy, right?”
