Walkers Crisps fans have been left devastated for the seventh time in just a couple of months as the brand shared the bad news that yet another popular flavour has been axed.

It's not uncommon for Walkers to pull flavours, but fans are mourning over the most recent loss. A flavour that you either love or hate, the brand has shared the news the Marmite flavour will no longer be available on shelves.

It's now the seventh flavour to go in recent months, as we've already seen the dissaperance of the Cheese Mixups, Lamb and Mint, Max Flamin Hot, Peking Spare Rib, Salt and Vinegar Quavers and Salt and Sizzling steak Wotsits, and now the Marmite crisps.

In a statement to fans, Walkers warned that the flavour will "slowly disappear from shelves". They said: "We are very sorry to disappoint fans of Marmite flavour Walkers crisps with this news. We know many crisp lovers will hate to see this Walker's flavour go.

"This change will enable us to focus our efforts on making more of the flavours crisp fans love the most," as reported by The Metro. The Marmite crisps have been available for over 20 years, and it's clear it's come as a blow to many as fans are now threatening to never buy Walkers' again. One user took to X, formerly known as Twitter to share his devastation and wrote: "Walkers crisps stopping Marmite crisps?? Won't buy any walkers crisps from now."

"Walkers discontinuing Marmite Crisps, how very dare they," another simply said and a third chimed: "Completely ruined my Friday. If they discontinue the marmite ones, they should at least bring back the beef and onion ones."

The global crisp company first founded over 75 years ago in Leicester has produced more than 130 flavours alongside different types of crisps which include Quavers, Monster Munch, Wotsits, Squares and French Fries.

However, Walkers have kept some old reliable favourites on the shelves such as their first ever flavour of ready salted, as well as the classic prawn cocktail, salt and vinegar and cheese and onion. Most recently in December fans discovered that Walkers had axed the salt and vinegar Quavers flavour. The iconic flavour joined the Walkers' lineup in 1993 and was eventually pulled from shelves.
