Victoria Beckham had a cheeky message for her husband David as he stripped off for an ice cold bath despite the winter chill.
Former England captain David took to Instagram on Sunday afternoon to share a video of himself outside their Cotswolds home for part of his "Self Care Sunday routine". Wearing just a pair of white briefs and an orange beanie hat, 48-year old Becks shivered as he took part in the practice which is believed to reduce pain and combat inflammation.
He captioned the clip: "Self Care Sunday. 3 degrees in here today, perfect for a Sunday rest day. @victoriabeckham can I get a HOT CHOCOLATE with a Nespresso shot sorry. Victoria just said 'what’s the magic word'. PLEASE."

Posh also poked fun at the position of her husband's hands (@davidbeckham/instagram)Posh then appeared to suggest she had duly obliged, meanwhile, as she joked in response: "As you asked so nicely and r just wearing your tighty-whiteys." And she took the fun further by sharing a snap of her husband with his hands by his crotch with the caption: "Keeping his hands warm" - followed by a walnut emoji.
Scores of David's 86 million followers clearly loved the banter between the pair, with one commenting: "Instagram should be paying you for this content!" Another added: "The way I am obsessed with David and Victoria is not healthy." A third wrote: "You guys are so cute." And a fourth begged: "More please. MORE!"

Yesterday Victoria shared a routine of her own as she detailed one of the secrets behind her age-defying looks. The fashion designer, 49, regularly shares glimpses into her life on Instagram and on Saturday she posted a video of herself applying moisturizer from her own skincare brand, before posting a picture from her gruelling workout.
The Spice Girls star donned a black sports bra and black leggings as she explained to fans how she tries to work out five times a week. She said: "MY SKIN HEALTH ROUTINE! Whilst my @VictoriaBeckhamBeauty Priming Moisturiser in Golden helps with that instant golden glow, I can see the difference in my skin texture and radiance from taking care of myself, with regular exercise and other wellness tricks I’ve picked up along the way from experts and friends. I try and workout 5 times a week with @MrBobbyRich, more tips on my Instagram stories."
On her stories, meanwhile, she explained she drinks a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar when she wakes up. She wrote: "First thing when I wake up, a couple of tablespoons on an empty tummy every morning!" She then revealed her husband prepares a 'green juice' for her, which consists of broccoli, spinach, cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, lemon and lime.
And after her workout, Victoria said enjoys a protein smoothie with fresh fruits and nuts, followed by a health shot made of fresh ginger, lemon, black pepper and turmeric.
