A rapper who enraged Vladamir Putin by wearing nothing but a Balenciaga sock to cover his manhood at a ‘debauched’ celebrity ‘nearly naked party’, has been released from prison.

Vacio - real name Nikolai Vasilyev - now faces conscription to the Russian army which is embroiled in war with Ukraine.

Video footage emerged of Russia's 'King of Rap' being released from custody and greeted by supporters at around 1am after two periods of detention totalling 25 days. Now he accepts he must do military service to make amends for his naked stunt.

Putin believed soldiers on the frontline of his war against Ukraine were offended by the “hedonism” of the naked party.

Vacio, 25, was found guilty of petty hooliganism and “promotion of non-traditional relationships”, which he strongly denied. Other revellers including organiser host Nastya Ivleeva, 32, are being punished, although not Putin’s TV star ‘goddaughter’ Ksenia Sobchak, 42, who attended the same “Sodom and Gomorrah” event.

‌Ivleeva now faces up to five years in jail after her tax affairs were suddenly investigated due to Putin’s displeasure. Some attendees, including Sobchak, issued abject apologies for attending the event.‌

But as he emerged from custody, Vacio questioned why a singer - uber-loyal to the dictator - had avoided conscription, and urged the performer, called SHAMAN, real name Yaroslav Dronov, 31, to show his love of the motherland and serve as well. Putin is deploying pro-war SHAMAN in his current re-election bid, so the singer is unlikely to be called up to the army.

Vacio’s lawyer Roman Popov said: “King of Rap Vacio throws down the gauntlet to the singer SHAMAN, who did not serve in the army. Vacio invites SHAMAN to prove his devotion to the Motherland by deeds, to serve…in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

“He is 31.‌ He was not called up for military service.vIt is not clear to me how he avoided it, and he was also subject to mobilisation because he fits the age.‌

“How he avoided this is unclear. If Vacio is ready to serve, why can’t SHAMAN also prove he loves the Motherland? Like Vacio, let him serve", he added.

SHAMAN’s representative replied: “It’s good that he threw down the gauntlet and not the sock.”

The naked party infuriated Putin propagandists which resulted in Vacio’s punishment, so Vacio flagged an anomaly by which most sons of Kremlin officials - and other favourites - are not conscripted.

In November, SHAMAN simulated a nuclear strike on the enemy in a concert broadcast on Vladimir Putin’s state TV. The sickening stunt involved him slamming his hand on the red nuclear button. An explosion of fireworks mimicked a nuclear eruption.
