If anyone can get us eating healthier this year, it's Joe Wicks.
The dad-of-three, who achieved national hero status when he became our unofficial PE teacher during the 2020 lockdown, has released his 12th book in eight years, Feel Good In 15. This time, he wants us to focus on our minds, as well as our bodies.
"I'm really proud of this book," says Wicks, 38. "It's not just about the food and the exercise, there's a lot more to it this time. I talk a lot about small daily wins and life hacks – so starting your day right, having non-screen time, doing activities that help you get a better night’s sleep.”
Wicks, known as The Body Coach, made his mark with quirky 15-second recipe videos on Instagram, before going on to become a cookery book phenomenon with 2015's Lean In 15, which sold 1.3 million copies.
His saucy spring onion chicken recipe, which is his most popular Instagram post, is the perfect way to nourish your body this year without spending hours in the kitchen.
