A single room, with a bed at one end, a kitchen at the other and a shower and toilet in the middle is being offered to rent for £1,630 per month.

The tiny flat, dubbed a “mini studio” in the listing, features the toilet, sink and shower all crammed inside a glass shower cubicle at the foot of the bed. The property is for rent by landlord Michelle L near Hyde Park in London. The room is above a Cantonese food restaurant and someone in the neighbourhood has a Ferrari they park right outside.

You might want to think twice before inviting guests back to this little room, as anyone sitting on the toilet would be looking out at any visitors who may be lying in the bed. There is also no storage in the bathroom cubicle so towels and toilet paper currently reside on the desk in the bedroom/living room space.

On the other side of the toilet/shower cubicle from the bed, there is a tiny kitchen area with a microwave, a sink, a hotplate and a kettle. The frosted-glass bathroom cubicle acts as the separating wall between the bed and the kitchen.
