Jamie Carragher could not resist taking a dig at Gary Neville ahead of Liverpool's game against Manchester United this weekend.
Carragher is clearly feeling confident about Liverpool's chances, with Jurgen Klopp's side currently top of the league while United have lost their last two games against Bournemouth and Bayern Munich. The last time United made the trip to Anfield, they were thrashed 7-0 by a rampant Liverpool side and Carragher donned a Christmas jumper referencing that result as he and Neville prepared to cover Nottingham Forest's game against Tottenham on Friday.
The jumper shows Carragher laughing and Neville looking despondent with "7-nil' in the background. It also includes the words: "Oh I wish I could relive this everyday... when the Kop starts singin' and the Red's begin to play."
Neville shared a clip of Carragher wearing the jumper on social media, captioning the post: "Arrogance is a sure path to failure!" And United boss Erik ten Hag says he is confident they can beat Liverpool on Sunday, despite the fact a number of key players are set to miss the fixture.
"It was a bad experience. But it is not similar, you start again on null," he said. "Last season, in the first half, I think we played very decent and we had got hammered just after half-time. Then we collapsed.

"Yes, that can't happen, but that was last year. It was a different team with different players, for a part at least. We will not ignore it but we go there and we will be confident and I know my players will be confident to go there from the start to the end.

Neville wasn't especially impressed (Getty Images)"We have to fight there, we have to challenge there and you go there with the idea. So we will prepare them with the idea to win there. I think everyone knows we have to be highly motivated when you go to Anfield.
"It is a great place to go and you know it is going to be tough. I think that is something which every top footballer wants, to have that challenge.
"They are playing good, [there is] no doubt. But we have had some tough games in the last period, as Bayern [Munich] is also a very tough team.
"We have seen that we can go head-to-head with them and that is our challenge for Sunday as well. We will put out a team who can challenge, who is confident to win that game. We are preparing the team in the best way we can.
"We are confident we can put out a team who can win there.''
