The results of the FA Cup fourth-round draw are in, with fixtures due to be contested at the end of the month.

16 ties will take place between Friday 27 January and Monday 30 January, although there are third-round replays to take place before then. Liverpool are among the clubs needing to play the additional fixture after they played out a 2-2 stalemate with Wolves on Saturday night.

The Reds' arch-rivals, Manchester United, need no such replay after beating Everton 3-1 on Friday evening, while Arsenal must overcome Oxford United on Monday in order to book their spot in the fourth round. Newcastle are among the teams not to progress after they were dumped out of the cup by Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday in one of the upsets of the competition.

The mouth-watering tie of the fourth-round is the potential match-up between Arsenal and the winner of the fixture between Manchester City and Chelsea, so long as they defeat League One side Oxford United on Monday night. Few would bet against the Gunners progressing, but Mikel Arteta is taking nothing for granted ahead of the Kassam Stadium showdown.

"It's always tricky. I've played there a few times and have experienced very difficult matches, so it will be difficult," the Spaniard said of Oxford's stadium. "We have to take the competition and the opponent very seriously and play well, to a high level to win the match.

"It will be difficult. From what we've seen, they've played in different ways and results-wise as well they've had a bit of everything. It'll be a very special night and everybody will raise their level and it will be tough. It is obviously a competition that is attached to the successful history of this club, so on Monday we'll have a good start and a good test."

Arteta also confirmed he could welcome back Emile Smith Rowe against Oxford after the playmaker's three-month absence following groin surgery. It appears unlikely the Englishman will play the whole match, but he could feature in some capacity in Oxfordshire.
