Friends star Courteney Cox has described herself as the "symbol of Thanksgiving" and recreated a scene in which her character danced with a turkey on her head.
The actor, 59 - who played Monica Geller on the NBC sitcom - took to Instagram for the national holiday yesterday. She wished everyone a happy Thanksgiving but teased she might "lose it" if she received another gif of the scene.
She commented in a video: "Happy Thanksgiving everyone." Courteney continued in the clip: "I'm feeling so thankful and also if I get one more goddamn gif with a turkey on my head dancing like a f***ing fool I'm just going to snap."

The video was actually a throwback from three years ago, as she revealed in the caption. She wrote in a message to her followers on Thursday: "Flashback to 3 years ago... Probably won't do that again. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!"

She said: "To give a little backstory, Chandler and Monica were supposed to have a one night fling in London. But because of the audience's reaction, it became the beginning of their love story. In this scene, before we started rolling, he whispered a funny line for me to say."
"He often did things like that. He was funny and he was kind." She posted a snippet of the scene from the show as well as the blooper, both of which had the audience in stitches.
