Made in Chelsea's Ollie Locke has shared the raw reality of life with twin babies.

The reality star, who recently became parents via surrogacy, has admitted to "crying relentlessly" as he battles with sleepless nights. The 36-year-old star, who first appeared on our screens 12 years ago, is now a proud dad to twins Apollo Magnus Obi and Cosima Emily Bex.

New dad Ollie said: "I cry relentlessly – I've never loved anything and hated anything so much." Despite the joy of fatherhood, the journey wasn't easy for Ollie and Gareth, 34.

They spent three years trying for a family, facing many ups and downs along the way. Their first surrogate sadly had two miscarriages after undergoing embryo transfers in Mexico and Cyprus. Their second surrogate also suffered a miscarriage after they started IVF.

Speaking about life as parents at the Fuse press event, Ollie revealed: "We have grown up," and "We were out a lot and it was good fun, but it is a different fun now." The happy couple announced the exhilarating news of the arrival of their twins in July this year.

Ollie said: "They are the best thing to ever happen to us." Despite being over the moon, Ollie shared the realities of being a parent as he discussed having endless sleepless nights. "We have got some help [with a nanny]. It has helped us an awful lot because it turns out having twins is a lot!," he told OK!.

"There's no maternity and paternity with work, so we've had to have a bit of help. We are exhausted, but it's wonderful. We have both waited such a long time and we were lucky to get two. The sleepless nights have been interesting! I will openly say about two weeks ago I was holding Cosima and I was crying relentlessly. I have never loved anything yet hated it so much that is the reality of parenting. It is not easy, but it's just heaven."

Sleepless nights don't seem to have fazed Ollie and Gareth, with the couple recently teasing that another baby could be in their future. Speaking to the press at a recent event, the Celebrity Big Brother star said that they still have "five embryos" that could potentially be fertilized.

"That's a funny situation because they've come so far and I don't like the idea of just getting rid of them," he told MailOnline at the Radiant Resilience debut exhibition at London's Grove Gallery. "So they'll be in the fridge for a while and we'll see what happens, so in a couple of years, who knows?"

Ollie and Gareth's twins were carried by Rebecca 'Bex' Ward, who contacted the couple on social media after hearing of their struggle to become parents. Rebecca miscarried in her first pregnancy, but fortunately, the second one came to term.
