Molly-Mae is getting ready for her first Christmas with Bambi

Molly-Mae Hague is preparing to spoil her baby girl Bambi ahead of her first Christmas.

The former Love Island star, 24, headed to the capital to visit its biggest and oldest toy shop, Hamleys. This year will be Bambi's first Christmas and she appears to have been treated already by her doting mum. Molly-Mae welcomed her first child with fellow Love Islander and boxer Tommy Fury in January.

Taking to her Instagram, the mum-of-one posted an adorable snap of Bambi wrapped up in a teddy-bear onesie. She proudly sat in her own mini Mercedes white car, which retail for £200, in the shop carrying on her parent's love for flashy motors. Molly-Mae tagged Hamleys as the location of her post and added two emojis – a present and red love heart.

She later returned to her social media to share another picture from her London day out with Bambi. Posing in a lift, Molly-Mae stood with Bambi in a papoose and wrote: "Carrying a 25lb baby around London in a sling is an utter workout." No trip in London is complete without a stay at the swanky Corinthia Hotel, that is if you're Molly-Mae.

The Love Islander posted photos of her lavish hotel suite before hitting the shops with her daughter Bambi, before snuggling down to watch the movie Coraline. The former Pretty Little Thing Creative Director recently gushed over how quickly her daughter is growing up.

Last month she shared a photograph of herself posing alongside Bambi to mark nine months since her arrival. While she also shared a throwback snap of herself back when she was heavily pregnant with Bambi. Sharing the snaps online, Molly-Mae wrote the caption: “9months out VS 9months in… I can’t quite believe she lived inside my belly at one point.”

However, it hasn't always been easy for Molly-Mae as she has faced harsh criticism and mum-shaming over the past few months. Recently, nasty trolls suggested Molly-Mae wasn't being the perfect mother as they hadn't seen her baby in her recent YouTube videos.

She decided to address the criticism in her YouTube vlog, where she admitted to making her videos when Bambi goes to bed and explained that it doesn't feel "natural" to film her daughter. She explained: "I'll be honest, guys, I've been filming a lot in the evenings recently because that's when Bambi goes to bed. I also film in the daytime when I have help with her, when I have childcare. No matter what that childcare is, whether it's nursery, whether it's at home, I choose to film when in my working hours, when I'm working, when I have helped with Bambi.

"I'm not afraid to say that when I'm in my mum mode – I mean me and Bambi together, just me and her in the house and I have like no other set of hands – like that's not when you're gonna find me vlogging. It might be sometimes but I'll be honest, I will normally be vlogging with you guys and I will normally be picking up my camera when I have time by myself because that's when it feels most natural."

Molly-Mae admitted it "doesn't feel natural" to film while with her daughter and keeps that to a minimum. "I want to be just focusing on her," she explained. "I think I've actually realised recently as well that I share a lot less than I probably anticipated. I definitely don't put her online as much as I thought I naturally probably would. It doesn't really feel that natural to me. I don't like think 'I'm going to vlog Bambi now', it doesn't really work like that. I pick up the camera either when she's in bed or when I have a second pair of hands to help with her."
