A delivery driver who left a 22lb (10kg) Hello Fresh grocery parcel on top of a baby sleeping in its pram outside was forced to apologise to its infuriated mum.
The child's mother had left her baby in buggy outside her house in Sweden, where its normal for kids to be put outside - with parents claiming the cold weather helps harden their health.
In an Instagram post, the mother wrote: 'Congratulations, you crushed a sleeping baby in its pram with a 10KG parcel and have no shame. Thank God the baby is OK! Never again!'
Blogger Camilla Gervide shared the mother's story through her website, Bloggbevakning, and claimed she had been offered just 250 Swedish Kroner, around £20, as compensation.
Hello Fresh spokesman Mikael Sahlsten told Aftonbladet the driver was looking for a dry place to put the parcel, and thought the pram would be ideal.
Baby boy has spent his life in hospital as doctors are 'scared' to discharge himBut failing to see the sleeping baby, he ended up burying him under a 22lb package.
The driver was "very sorry" about the situation, and even broke down in tears when he turned up at the mother's door to apologise with flowers and chocolate.
The mum told her followers she'd been given two free deliveries, and that the driver had been "almost in tears" on her doorstep.
In a more sinister case last week, video footage captured a man hurling vile abuse at a delivery driver before threatening to "burn down" a woman's house.
The distressing video, recorded by the woman, Penny Clarke's doorbell camera, shows the Yodel driver trying to deliver a parcel to Penny's home in Merseyside as he's verbally and physically assaulted by the man.
The driver can be seen walking towards the house as the unidentified man, wearing a dark sweatshirt and jeans, shouts aggressively at him.
The pair enter Penny's front garden as the driver tells the man that the "show's over". The aggressor then shouts repeatedly: "Who you talking to? Who you f****ing talking to?"
The driver can be seen walking up the pathway to ring the doorbell as the other man shouts: "I'll batter you."
The sound cuts out as the driver calmly replies back while looking at his phone. The sound returns as the aggressive man continues shouting.
