Leigh-Anne Pinnock has revealed the part of her book that'll leave her "running out of the room" when her twins eventually read it.
The Little Mix star recently released her memoir Believe in which she details her life and rise to fame after appearing on the X Factor back in 2011 aged just 19. However the singer, who welcomed her twins in 2021, has confessed she is reluctant for her children to read details of her relationship with their dad Andre Gray.
Leigh-Anne said 'I do' to the footballer in a lavish wedding over the summer, but has opened up on the challenges they faced early on in their romance. When asked what would make her "run out the room" when her children read the book, she said: "Maybe the stuff with their dad to be fair. No relationship is perfect and I talk a little bit about that.

The singer doesn't want her children to read about their dad (Instagram/ @leighannepinnock)"I wanted to show my fans and whoever reads it that nothing is picture perfect, and although you might see something on Instagram and think 'oh, they're living their life, or they look perfect together' you have to go through the struggles I think to come out the other side."
Speaking on Capital XTRA, Leigh-Anne added: "We are in the best place possible now and it's like it had to happen for it to feel this sweet, if that makes sense, we got through that." Earlier this month Leigh-Anne hinted her husband had cheated on her in the past as she admitted they had "toxic" situations.

The pop star met the footballer in Marbella seven years ago and appeared to be going from strength to strength. Yet Leigh-Anne gave a candid insight into her romance with Andre, admitting it hasn't always been easy. “We’ve been through so much to the point where we could’ve split up, but we got through it, and I truly believe we had to go through all that to be the strongest couple we could be," Leigh-Anne told Glamour magazine.
She hinted that Andre got into "potentially toxic situations" during their early days and admitted he had a "lot of growing up to do". Yet Leigh-Anne shared how her husband matured and moved past those difficulties. In a telling statement, Leigh-Anne said: "I think people often think that if something bad happens in a relationship – if you get cheated on or whatever – that it’s automatically done, it’s over. And that’s fair enough. But in my case, I chose to work at it, and I am so happy that I did."
In her book, Leigh-Anne also reflected on her time in Little Mix after bandmate Jesy Nelson quit the group. She admitted all three members of Little Mix sought therapy following Jesy's abrupt exit in 2020. She revealed: “It was a complex and painful thing to come to terms with. We all felt it, that pain and sadness. The whole thing felt like a weird break-up, and I wasn’t prepared for it.“
Leigh-Anne wrote: “I’ve been to therapy during the course of my career. When we decided to pause Little Mix, I felt compelled to go back. We all did. In fact, it happened a little earlier than our hiatus. We were a family, the four of us were like sisters, and we had been that way since we were teenagers, so it’s not an over-exaggeration to say that losing a member was a traumatic experience. When you have felt so much love and support with another person over such a long time and then that suddenly disappears you never fully get to understand why it hurts.”
