Jeremy Vine has posted a video of former Neighbours star Jason Donovan almost being hit by a London bus.
The TV host, 58, was out for a city cycle on London's rainy streets this evening when he randomly came across Australian-born Jason, 55, as the pair caught sight of one another on their respective bike rides. Jeremy had his famous fish-eye camera installed into his helmet, and their unexpected crossing of paths was filmed before a bus almost hit Jason's bike.
While stopped at some traffic lights on a busy London street, Jeremy and Jason locked eyed in the video before former soap star Jason did a double-take and said: "Is that you Jeremy?". TV star Jeremy then replied and said: "Jason, it's you."
The pair continued on their bikes and chatted before saying their goodbyes, but not before a slight disaster as a London bus driver almost hit Jason, with the Aussie star thankfully escaping a collision.

"That was a close one. He nearly hit you. Terrible driving," he said.

However, Jason appeared relatively unfazed by the incident, as he continued smiling and giggling as Jeremy asked him what had happened. "That was a close one," he said.
After posting the video on Twitter, now known as X, fans of Jeremy's flocked to the comments to share their thoughts as they joked that Jason didn't even realise how close the bus was.

"How long before someone blames him for not wearing his hi vis amazing technicolour dreamcoat," another joked, while someone else replied: "This is surreal on so many levels."
