Strictly Come Dancing fans are convinced they have worked out who will be in the bottom two fighting for survival, in tomorrow night's live show.

After spotting what they have now dubbed the celebrities' "death sentence" dance, they believe that Les Dennis and Asian Network host Nikita Kanda will be battling it out with each other to avoid elimination. Former EastEnders star Nigel Harman impressed the judges last week with his performance, placing him at the top of the leaderboard with 32 points.

But Les and Nikita scored the lowest points, leaving them at the bottom of the leaderboard. In tomorrow night's show, Nikita and her professional dance partner Gorka Marquez are dancing the Charleston to Beyonce's Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It).

And Les will be trying to impress the judges with his Samba routine to Rock The Boat by Hues Corporation. Taking to Reddit, one wrote: "Nikita, Zara and Les are in the danger zone for me. Les' saving grace is that he has a memorable song and is a national treasure. On the other hand, a weak Charleston is a death sentence as we saw last series..."

Another said: "Deploying the Emergency Charleston early!" And a third said: "Only week 2 but Zara and Nikita both already feel in need of a break through dance or I suspect they’re on very limited time." Meanwhile a fourth added: "I think Nikita will be in the bottom two with Les or Zara this week." However others appeared to be more concerned that pro dancer Gorka Marquez will quit the BBC show if he goes out early with Nikita.

Another fan wrote on the discussion website: "Anyone else have a feeling that Gorka will call it a day after this series if he’s out early doors with Nikita? I was quite surprised he came back this year after he seemed so devastated not to win in 2022, but I’ll be really gutted if he does leave as I see him as one of the best pro dancers and choreo."

Last year, Gorka was visibly upset when he lost out on winning the dance show to Hamza and his professional dance partner, Jowita Przystal. Speaking about his reaction on the Show On The Road podcast in July this year he said: "I think because I didn't win and I wanted to win it, and the reaction I had when I didn't win it, because you know what, I thought we were going to win it just at that moment, because of the audience in the room. When you make the final and you have been in the dance-off you think, 'ok' you don't get the votes from the audience and it's difficult."

He added: "But when you make it to the final without being in the dance-off, you feel like you have the support of the audience and feel like we could win it." The father of two added: "My reaction to it was just the reaction of someone who cares and loves the show and wanted to win for my celebrity. And that is why I was upset, and I think I had the right to be upset."
