Logan Paul's fiancee Nina Agdal's restraining order against Dillon Danis was allowed to continue by a judge after he skipped a court date on Wednesday amid a major lawsuit.
Danis has relentlessly targeted Agdal as part of a social media campaign to mock Paul ahead of their pay-per-view boxing match next month in Manchester. And earlier this month he was slapped with a $150,000 lawsuit by the model claiming he has violated the federal revenge porn statute, the 2022 Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization and committed invasion of privacy.
And new documents obtained by Mirror Fighting yesterday show that New Jersey federal judge Madeline Cox Arleo has ordered that her judgment of a Temporary Restraining Order be continued after his court no-show. The Bellator MMA star is due to face Paul on October 14 at the AO Arena in Manchester, and the bout is believed to be unaffected by his legal situation with Agdal.
Judge Arleo also wrote in her order that Agdal’s order against Danis “is likely to succeed on the merits, given Defendant’s unauthorised disclosure of a nonconsensual, sexually explicit photograph of Plaintiff.” Agdal's lawyers have also added a defamation claim to their lawsuit for posts Danis has made since the lawsuit was filed.
Responding to a post from news outlet Happy Punch regarding the defamation allegation, Danis wrote on Twitter last night: "This is becoming such bulls***." And he has also declared that he has never committed a federal crime against Agdal, as alleged in the lawsuit.

After a brief back-and-forth with Paul, Danis wrote: "No federal crime has been committed. You're just listening to the lies of your fiancee in order to save her self-image. Everything is public, and I will prove that. It's not my fault you didn't Google her name before you put a ring on that Thot."
One piece of the lawsuit alleges that Danis or someone acting on his behalf hacked into Agdal's Snapchat account in order to retrieve an explicit video, which he later posted to social media. It is said that a cybersecurity firm traced the file to a hack of her Snapchat account in 2022.
But he defended himself from that allegation with another tweet during the night, writing: "I'm actually flattered that she thinks I'm smart enough to hack a Snapchat. And also, as if years ago I knew they were going to get married and kept them for this moment."
Danis has garnered unprecedented attention through his goading of Paul and Agdal in the weeks since the fight was announced last month. A report earlier in September indicated his X [formerly Twitter] posts had garnered 2.09billion impressions and grown his following by more than double.
