A man caught having sex on an easyJet flight - which left his mum "mortified" - has been pictured for the first time since the antics.
Piers Sawyer, 23, joined the Mile High Club on the flight to Ibiza, where he'd travelled to celebrate his birthday. His mum said he'd "only just met the woman" at Luton Airport hours earlier on September 7. A viral 30-second clip shows a flight attendant standing outside the toilet before they open the door to find Piers and the woman in a compromising position. Piers, who works at an Audi car dealership, then quickly slams the door shut in the clip. However, police met the flight after it landed in Ibiza.

The pictures come as new footage circulating on social media shows the woman come out of the loo with her hands in the air, red-faced and pumping her fist, while Piers is given high fives and adulation by several others. The car salesman, wearing a black T-shirt, looks a bit embarrassed by what is going on, but takes the plaudits nonetheless.
It is illegal to intentionally engage in sexual activities in a public lavatory, under Section 71 of the Sexual Offences Act. Police were informed and did arrive at the airport. A spokesperson for the airline said: "We can confirm that this flight from Luton to Ibiza on 8 September was met by police on arrival due to the behaviour of two passengers onboard."

Elaine Sawyer is embarrassed by her son's antics (facebook)But since the episode, Elaine, 51, said: "It’s not something a mum wants to see. Piers doesn’t want to talk about it. He probably just wants to forget it. You’re aware these things are going to happen at the holiday destination but you don’t expect it to happen on the flight."
She told The Sun Piers may have been caught up in the party atmosphere on the Ibiza-bound plane as a "23-year-old single lad on his birthday", and said she believed the air steward should not have opened the toilet door. It is understood Piers had headed to the party island to celebrate his birthday with a group of friends. Elaine understands her son had met the woman at the airport.
