Richard Madeley 's daughter Chloe has shown off her super-toned athletic body eight months after giving birth to her first child.
The 36-year-old welcomed baby Bodhi with husband James Haskell last August after announcing her exciting pregnancy news on Good Morning Britain in February 2022.
Chloe, who works as a certified personal trainer, has never been shy about detailing her journey of returning to fitness over the past year. She candidly revealed her body was "a mess" after undergoing a 'painful' C-section to deliver Bodhi, following a difficult eight-hour induced labour.
"It took me months but you have to keep trying and eventually the solution shoe will fit and you'll get there. You can't do it on your own though, you need help," she captioned a photo of her sculpted naked body for her 217k followers on Instagram earlier this week. The gym enthusiast then explained that "progressive overload is the key" to rebuilding fitness, and can be done "via weights, sets or reps."
In a Q&A session posted on her Story on Monday, Chloe also said she's a fan of "unilateral" and "bilateral" movements for single arm and chest presses.
Richard 'shuts up' GMB guest who says Hancock 'deserved' being called 'd***head'In another response to a fan question, she revealed that her daughter's gym has a creche, which allows her to keep up with her training more easily. She also said the creatine, Omega, vitamin D, and whey are her 'must-have' supplements, and that she doesn't have time to calorie count as a busy working mum.
Chloe has always been proud of her physique, even appearing on Good Morning Britain in 2016 to slam critics for their offensive comments on her muscular body. She has also addressed the haters on her own social media, taking to Instagram to condemn their judgmental remarks with a fierce message.
"What’s disgusting is not my body, or any human body for that matter - fat, thin, muscly, curvy, size 6-16, none of the above are disgusting," the former reality TV show star said. "What’s disgusting is your brain, that has been brainwashed into thinking anything other than ‘feminine’ is disgusting’. What’s disgusting is your mouth/hands for saying it/typing it out to women."
In a recent interview, Chloe confessed that she's "nervous" leaving her young daughter alone with her famous parents, Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan.
"Bodhi’s a very active child. She wants to get up, she wants to move. If you try to confine her, she’s not a happy girl," she told OK! "At this stage. I’m a bit nervous to leave her alone with Mum and Dad for longer than a couple of hours. I just think she’ll run them ragged."
