runner-up Helen, 39, jetted off to the Canary Islands with her three children Ernie, Louis and daughter Elsie earlier this week.
Mum-of-three Helen has been taking time to capture some photos and memories during the trip, and she’s now treated fans to a solo snap as she showed off her toned midriff after a dip in the sea.
The snap sees blonde beauty Helen smiling in a pair of sunglasses with her wet tresses falling loosely on her shoulders as she stepped back on dry land.
In another photo, Helen beamed as she put on a grey vest and dark denim shorts for a stroll by the water with her brood.

Alongside the snaps, Helen wrote: “Never understood why people kept going back to the same place on holidays then I had children and I got it…

The pictures of their family holiday come after Helen credited Strictly Come Dancing for helping her "remember who she is" following her split from her children’s father Richie Myler.

Helen appeared on Loose Women and discussed her Strictly journey and how her professional dance partner Gorka Marquez helped her remember 'who I am'.
"In the first few weeks I didn't know how to own it and be sexy and sassy but then it got easier," she said.
"Then I stopped questioning it and I just stopped caring less. I was conscious it would be over in the blink of an eye so I just gave it my all."
