Kevin Costner was spotted headed out for a victory brunch alongside his 14-year-old son Hayes over the weekend, after he saw his child support payments slashed.
The Yellowstone actor and his youngest son, whom he shares with ex Christine Baumgartner, were snapped heading out to an eatery in Santa Barbara, California.
Both Kevin, 68, and Hayes opted to wear casual, dressed-down attire for the occasion. Hollywood icon Kevin wore a blue unzipped shirt, which he pulled over a white t-shirt. He paired the look with stonewashed jeans, white trainers and Aviator-style shades.
Hayes meanwhile wore a graphic t-shirt, which he rocked with baggy blue jeans and white trainers. Kevin and Hayes tucked into a hearty brunch, as they were seen chowing down on the porch outside of the restaurant.
Kevin and Hayes' father-son outing comes after Kevin reigned victorious in his child support battle last week. On Friday, TMZ reported that Kevin would have to pay ex Christine, 49, $63,209 (£50,100) a month for their three children.
Everything new coming to Netflix in January - including Will Smith blockbusterChristine and Kevin, who were married for 19 years, share children Cayden, 16, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13. The pair announced they were divorcing in May. Christine had been living in one of the buildings on Kevin's $145million (£114.8million) compound in Carpinteria, California.
However after being ordered to vacate the property by a judge, Christine is now living in a luxury $40,000 (£31,700) a month rental property in Montecito, the Daily Mail reported.
During the child support hearing, which took place last week, and saw both Christine and Kevin testify, Christine's legal team were demanding $161,000 (£127,504) a month from Kevin in monthly payments.
It came after Kevin had been temporarily ordered to pay the mum-of-three $129,000 (£102,200) a month, ahead of the hearing. However, a judge ultimately determined on Friday that Kevin would only have to pay his estranged wife $63,209 (£50,100) a month going forward.
Christine and her legal team had reportedly argued at the hearing that her new home doesn't provide a "comparable lifestyle" for her kids. The Daily Mail reported that she requested more money from Kevin in order to obtain a house that is "more than a home, it's an experience" like the marital property.
According to People, a court document obtained prior to the hearing further stated: "Christine brings this request in order to uphold these Family Law principles and to assure that the parties' three minor children will continue to have the benefit of the lifestyle that has been made possible by Kevin's substantial earnings and wealth."
The Daily Mail reported that under cross-examination, Kevin's team claimed that features of Christine's new home are similar to that of the marital property. When Kevin gave his testimony, he reportedly added: "I don't hide money from my wife."
