Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Christopher looked incredible as he showed off his trimmed-down physique while he headed to the gym.
The son of the movie star and former governor of California has been working on a health transformation since 2020 and was proud to show off his new image. It's believed that Christopher, 25, had been embarking on a weight loss journey ahead of his graduation from the University of Michigan.
But, while he often remains away from the public eye, all eyes were certainly on him as he got into an SUV following a workout at a Los Angeles gym yesterday. He opted to remain covered up but his bulging biceps were on display for all to see.
The youngest son of Arnie and his ex-wife Maria Shriver opted to rock a white T-shirt, with the words '40 Love' emblazoned on, which he paired with a pair of navy tracksuit bottoms and white New Balance trainers with a blue logo on. It appears that Christopher's weight loss isn't his only major change after ditching his famous shaggy hairstyle which was occasionally swept into a ponytail.
The student opted to style his hair in a trendy mullet with his sides shaved down to perfection. Elsewhere, Christopher's beard, which he has rocked since before the coronavirus pandemic, was neatly trimmed as he went about his day.
Arnold Schwarzenegger 'involved in car accident with bicyclist'Despite being from a massively famous family, Christopher makes a conscious decision to stay out of the limelight and has locked down his social media profiles. It's believed he made the choice to live a healthier lifestyle in 2020 and threw himself into the gym rather than taking on a "fad diet".
Speaking to Hollywood Life, a source said: "He started working out and making better food choices. He was away at school living like a typical college kid for a few years, but he's growing up now and ready to take better care of himself." Ahead of his 24th birthday last year, his famous dad as well as his brother Patrick praised Christopher for his transformation.
Taking to Instagram, Arnie said: "Between your boxing classes, your weightlifting classes, your stretching classes, your cycling classes, and on and on, I can't even keep up with you!" Meanwhile, older brother Patrick added: "Proud of you. New job. Crushing in the gym. Whole new person. Can't wait to see what this year brings."
But while Christopher's image change may have been for his graduation from university, he was forced to graduate online due to the pandemic at the time. Celebrating his son, Arnie took to Instagram to share a photoshopped image of Christopher wearing a cap and gown.
He said: "Christopher, you are a champion and I love you. I know your graduation from Michigan wasn't the big celebration you dreamed about for years, but walking across a stage isn't what makes me so proud of you: it's your compassion, your hard work, your vision, your critical thinking, and your selflessness that make me burst with pride. I can't wait to watch you keep climbing and succeeding."
