Armored Core 6 is the latest title from the legendary developers at FromSoftware marking the return of the studio's biggest series outside of the Soulsborne titles.
Armored Core 6 Fires of Rubicon is FromSoftware's first entry in its most iconic franchise pre-Dark Souls in about 10 years, and its first entry in the series following the company's ascent into superstar status as the Soulsborne games continued to rise in popularity. Despite the name, this is the 16th instalment in the Armored Core series which began on the PS1 back in 1997.
Armored Core 6 is set to launch on Tuesday, August 25 and is directed by Masaru Yamamura who is best known for being a lead game designer on Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, with Kota Hoshino – who worked on every Armored Core title since the third entry Armored Core: Master of Arena – returning as the composer.
