Kym Marsh "couldn't be any prouder" of her daughter Emilie after she tied the knot to her partner Michael Hoszowskyj.
The 47-year-old was in tears when she saw her daughter, 25, in her wedding dress for the first time. "I couldn't be any prouder," the star said. "I watched Emilie's first child be born and now she's my first child to marry. It's an emotional time: my baby girl is getting married!"
Emilie and Michael got married at a gorgeous estate called Merrydale Manor in Cheshire earlier this month, with the couple's children playing huge roles in the wedding. Emilie's stepdaughter Polly, seven, was the adorable chief flower girl while her son Teddy, four, was the ring bearer.
Entertainment was provided to the guests by DJ Nick Campbell, a nine-piece live band called Tommy T and the Belletones, acoustic duo Joe and James Fay and singer Dave Perkins.
Her figure-hugging dress featured delicate lace and a fishtail skirt. Kym said seeing her daughter in the dress was the "most incredible thing" and that her daughter is the "most beautiful girl" she's ever seen.
'I'm spending £20k on a new bathroom - but won't help my brother out with cash'The beautiful bride shared snaps of her gorgeous day with Hello! and looked over the moon as she posed with her mother. Emilie shared a snap of the happy family on the wedding day and captioned the post: "We did it. 04/08/23 we said I do, now forever to go."
Fans rushed to the comment section to congratulate the singer, with one user saying: "Congratulations, gorgeous photos," while one posted: "What a beautiful family. can’t wait to hear all about it."
Kym has supported her daughter's singing career over the years and recently praised her at the Pride Of Manchester Awards.
In May, Kym and Emilie looked every inch the stars as the former Hear'Say singer rocked a stylish off-the-shoulder dress featuring a plunging neckline as she ensured all eyes would be on her. Emilie chose an all-in-one suit which showed off one shoulder.
Emilie took to the stage to perform a song as she kicked off the event. Her mum was in awe as she said: "What about that performance? Voice of an angel - my little angel in fact, for those of you who didn't spot the resemblance, Emilie is in fact my daughter and I could not be prouder to follow her on to this stage."
Earlier this year, Emilie denied being a nepo baby and said she worked really hard to launch her music career. She told The Sunday Express S Magazine: "Some people are only going to say I'm in the position I'm in because of who my mum is.
"They'll have their opinions and I can't change that but I'd tell them to come hear me sing or watch me perform before they make up their minds."
