Rebel Wilson is considering having a second baby despite struggling with fertility.

The Bridesmaids star, 43, is already mum to Royce, 9 months. She was born via surrogate last year, and the actress admitted that she has been toying with the idea of giving her a sibling.

Speaking to E! News, she said: "I'm definitely thinking about it, yeah. I would like to have another child. It's just like, well, is that possible? I have to do IVF. We'll see how it goes. Royce is such a miracle. And if she's my only child, then amazing."

In 2020, Rebel admitted that the approach of her 40th birthday had prompted her to embark upon a "year of health". Her lifestyle overhaul was predominantly to prepare her body for motherhood and to combat the fertility issues related to her diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.

Embarking on a health kick she also experienced an entire body transformation, losing a staggering 80lbs - which equates to around six stone. At her healthiest, it was time for her to start the IVF process - but, as she explained on TODAY earlier this month - Rebel decided not to carry her baby herself as the odds were stacked against her delivering a healthy baby.

She said: "I was lucky to get an embryo from the process because of my age and because I have polycystic ovary syndrome. With just one embryo, I decided to go with surrogacy. Physically I could have carried the baby, but there was a much higher statistical chance it would work with surrogate."

Rebel added to E! News that she has an incredible bond with Royce. "When she wakes up from a nap and you first walk into a room and the look Royce gives me and I give her, it's like we've only maybe not seen each other for 45 minutes and she's smiling like it's the best thing that's happened in her life that you've walked into the room," she said. "And then I'm like, 'Oh, Roycie!' And I just give her the biggest hugs."

In February this year, Rebel got engaged to her partner Ramona Agruma. The designer got down on one knee at Disneyland. They went public with their relationship last June, with Rebel posting on Instagram, "I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess."
