When it comes to McDonald's, everyone has their favourites and go-to when ordering, but some take it a step even further and create their own quirky combinations to enjoy.
Whether you're one of the people who love to dunk chips into milkshakes, combine a Chicken Mayo and a Big Mac, or even make a 'surf and turf' by putting a Fillet O' Fish into a Cheeseburger, people love to share their McDonald's 'secret menu' hacks.
Well, if you're a coffee lover, then this one is definitely for you, as one McDonald's fan has shared an inventive way to enjoy the well-loved milkshakes and all you need are two simple Maccies ingredients, giving your much loved coffee break a huge step up and it's under £3!
Sharing her concoction on TikTok Ellie-Jayne, who goes by the name @elliematthews showed how you can easily make an espresso milkshake and people are loving her idea, with her video racking up 41,000 views and over 2,000 likes.
Posting her video as she gave it a go, the creative coffee lover said she would 10/10 recommend the unique combination costing just £2.88. Ordering a double espresso and a medium vanilla milkshake, Ellie-Jayne carefully poured the coffee shot into the vanilla milkshake and gave it a stir to create the drink, sharing how it was 'so much fun' as she mixed the milkshake together.

Lots of people are impressed with the video, with many also wanting to give it a try, with one TikToker who commented: "That looks LUSH." Another user who is also a fan of the drink suggested: "So next time ask them to put ice into the espresso so it doesn't melt the milkshake."
"This is nice I'm drinking this right now and it's nice," one more replied. "Omg literally still need to try this," one wrote, and Ellie Jayne replied "It's so nice".

The fast-food chain has also delighted fans with some new menu items, treating McDonald's lovers to try some new tasty meals. Unveiling their summer menu, giving fans six new items to try, McDonalds have introduced three limited-edition burgers - including a chicken burger that is brand new to the menu, the BBQ Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and the BBQ Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese as well as a spicy Sriracha Wrap.
Customers can also indulge in delicious Cheesy Garlic Bites, and for those with a sweet tooth can enjoy a Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry and Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry.
