As one of the most instantly recognisable women in the world, it's no surprise the Princess of Wales often leaves those she meets star-struck.
But despite her elevated royal A-list status, it appears Kate is not immune from her own fangirl moments when she gets the opportunity to rub shoulders with the rich and famous.
There have been several instances when her poise has slipped and she's beamed like a kid in a sweet shop while meeting global superstars - with one of these moments coming just this weekend during her trip to Wimbledon. So which celebs seem to have left a real impression? Here we take a look...
He's often regarded as the ultimate A-list Hollywood actor, and last year Tom Cruise had the pleasure of hosting Kate and Prince William at the London premiere of Top Gun: Maverick.
And the actor was hailed a "perfect gentleman" after royal fans spotted a sweet moment between him and Kate. She looked stunning in a gorgeous black and white off-the-shoulder gown by Roland Mouret, which she paired with seemingly very high heels.
Kate Middleton swears by £19.99 rosehip oil that helps 'reduce wrinkles & scars'So when it came to navigating several steep steps as she and William went to meet the rest of the cast of the movie in Leicester Square, Tom kindly offered Kate his hand.
And according to body language expert Judi James, the encounter saw William play "second fiddle" to the actor, who along with Kate looked like a pair of "glittering A-list celebrities".
She explained: "From the moment Kate had spotted Tom she'd engaged in very animated conversation with him, suggesting she'd been busting to chat, and as she hit him with the full force of her dazzling smile it was possible to see William in temporary 'retreat' mode, sucking his lips in and lifting his hand towards his bow tie in a look of good-humoured submission.
"Whether the handclasp met royal protocol rules or not it was perfectly performed, without any hesitation or look of query from Kate."
While at the men's final at Wimbledon earlier this week, Kate rubbed shoulders with a number of stars including James Bond himself, Daniel Craig, and his actress wife Rachel Weisz.
But it appears that one famous face left an impression on Kate, and according to royal fans, her fangirling prompted a hilarious face from her husband Prince William. A picture taken of the prestigious box during the clash shows the princess beaming as she chatted with Happy Valley star James Norton.
The actor, who is tipped to be the next James Bond, could be seen smiling at Kate while William appeared to be keeping his eye on the pair from the row behind.
The snap sent royal fans wild on social media as they joked about a "giddy" Kate meeting the star while William keeps "an eye on her".
One world superstar that Kate greatly admires and has even struck up a close family bond with is tennis legend Roger Federer.
The princess is known to be a huge tennis fan so there is no doubt she would be in awe of the 20-times Grand Slam champion. At the end of last month, the pair appeared in a video to promote Wimbledon together where they highlighted the work of ballboys and girls.
Kate rules out receiving romantic gift from Prince William on Valentine's DayAnd while at the tournament in the last few weeks, they sat next to each other in the Royal Box, where they were seen having a cosy chat, with Kate also taking part in a glowing tribute to Roger at the All England Club following his retirement.
But it appears Kate is not the only member of her close family who is a huge fan of Federer - so is her mum, Carole. She once revealed: "Roger [Federer] is my mother's heartthrob. I don't think she will mind me saying that! I think he probably knows that too."
Continuing on the tennis theme, Kate also seemed to be over-awed when she got to hit some balls with fellow tennis ace Emma Raducanu.
The youngster was fresh from her Grand Slam victory at the US Open in 2021 and Kate went to the LTA's National Tennis Centre to congratulate her on her epic win and take part in a training session.
And speaking at the time, royal expert and author Duncan Larcombe, said the princess looked 'starstruck' to be meeting one of the biggest names in her favourite sport.
He told OK! : "Kate is still capable of being absolutely blown away by meeting someone like Emma. She must have thought 'what a great day at the office!'
"Kate is human and despite the incredible things she does in her career, she's still capable of feeling blown away and starstruck and she genuinely looked that in Emma's presence."
Much has now been made about the icy relationship between Kate and her sister-in-law Meghan Markle.
But according to Prince Harry, Kate as well as William had a fangirl reaction when he told them back in 2016 he had been dating his now wife.
At the time Meghan had been living in Toronto while starring as Rachel Zane in the hit TV legal drama Suits - and according to Harry, William and Kate had been devoted viewers of the show.
Writing in his controversial memoir Spare, Harry said William and Kate were left open-mouthed when he told them about Meghan, with William telling him "f*** off".
He added: "I was baffled, until Willy and Kate explained that they were regular – nay, religious – viewers of Suits. Great, I thought, laughing. I've been worrying about the wrong thing.
"All this time I'd thought Willy and Kate might not welcome Meg into the family, but now I had to worry about them hounding her for an autograph."
