The couple - who have been married since 2018 - were already parents to son Levi, two. Joshua had announced his birth with a similar caption following his arrival back in 2021.
Karlie - whose career has included having been a Victoria's Secret Angel - had announced that she was pregnant whilst at the Met Gala in New York City earlier this year.
