Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou's first North London derby is one of the games chosen for live TV in August and September.

The former Celtic boss will now take his new side to the Emirates Stadium on September 24, with the match confirmed as a Sunday 2pm kick-off on Sky Sports. Spurs' trip to Brentford on the opening weekend had already been picked up by Sky Sports, while their meeting with Liverpol, Man Utd and Bournemouth also have new times.

Spurs take on Bournemouth in one of the TNT Sports picks, which also include Burnley v Man Utd and Wolves v Brighton. TNT Sports will also show the game between title holders Manchester City and last season's fourth-place finishers Newcastle United, which has been moved to a Saturday 8pm kick-off.

The TV games for the opening weekend had already been selected. These include Mauricio Pochettino's first game as Chelsea manager, with the Blues facing Liverpool.

Other Chelsea games moved for TV include their London derbies against West Ham and Fulham. They now face the Hammers at 4.30pm on August 20, while the Fulham game is an 8pm Monday night kick-off on October 2.

Another of the big Sunday 4.30 games sees Man Utd face Arsenal on September 3. Man Utd's trip to Spurs, meanwhile, is a Saturday 5.30pm kick-off on August 19.

A number of rearranged games are still subject to change. This is because various Premier League sides will have responsibilities in the Carabao Cup and UEFA competitions, where fixture dates are yet to be confirmed.

"I like to win, that’s the main thing, and I’ve done that wherever I’ve been," Spurs boss Postecoglou said in his first interview with club media. With big televised tests early on, he will have a chance to make an instant impact.

"The football is designed to bring success," the Australian added. "Alongside that it’s really important to me that there is an element of what I think most fans and players want to be associated with, and that’s football that’s exciting, that people talk about, not just the end result but also the manner in which you played your football.

“That’s really important to me, a, because I think it’s a way to be successful and also secondly, because it allows people to grab onto those things that are most special about our game, those memorable moments.

“People want to see their team scoring goals, being exciting, not conceding goals, being aggressive in their approach, all these kinds of things that everyone seeks in their own football team. That’s what I want to try to provide. The basis of it will be that we want to be a team that wins things and, ultimately, entertains our fans."
