Strictly Come Dancing star Ola Jordan and her husband James' sex lives transformed for the better after they lost six-and-a-half stone.
The former Strictly pros and parents of one lost a combined 6.5 stone thanks to a lifestyle overhaul.
Ola previously admitted she became a 'shell of her former self' after gaining weight during the lockdown.
She said she desperately yearned for her former dance body and doubted if she would ever feel 'sexy' again after welcoming her first child in 2020 and gaining weight during the pandemic.
Doctors even told the stars they were considered "obese" and it sparked the couple to make changes in their diet and exercise regime.

James and Ola started monitoring how they were eating and also decided to get back into dancing.

They admitted their sex lives changed thanks to the weight loss (Instagram)And thanks to the changes, Ola and James' time in the bedroom is much more "pleasant".
"It's much more pleasant nowadays, isn't it? The bellies don't jiggle as much as they used to," she said.
She went on to make an X-rated comment, claiming he "looks bigger now."
Speaking to The Sun, they admitted they might even renew their vows.
Ola has previously shared funny videos of herself cleaning the house and doing the shopping in her underwear.
James revealed she sometimes walks around the house in her birthday suit.
Speaking at the Together for Short Lives Ball, a charity fundraiser, James joked to the Mirror and other press: "She walks around naked all the time."
Ola added: "I turned 40 in September and I didn't want to turn 40 and be unhealthy and not happy. I wasn't looking forward to it, but then when I lost a bit of weight when I turned 40 I was like 'yep I'm happy now'."
The dancer she was glad to have taken before and after snaps, adding: "Some of the pictures I see of myself I'm like, 'Oh my God. I actually was quite big'."

James and Ola have previously spoken candidly about their weight loss - admitting an unflattering snap of themselves wearing swimwear was the motivation behind their transformation.
"We've come on here today just to have a little chat with you, because so many people have commented and noticed that myself and Ola have lost a considerable amount of weight, which we have and we're very proud of and very happy about it," James, 44, began as the two sat on the couch for a video update online last year.
"Since Ola posted that unflattering picture back in the summer, we have both shifted a lot of timber."
Ola added: "I think we both needed that wake-up call and realisation where we'd got ourselves to.
"We needed to change our ways and be healthy for Ella. We needed to keep healthy for her."
