EastEnders viewers were left feeling emotional after tonight's episode which saw Kim Fox jailed for contempt of court before was targeted by a crippling panic attack.
Kim, played by Tameka Empson, has faced much heartache in recent months amid her increasingly stressful life as she continues to suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks following her car crash which left her boyfriend’s son Denzel Danes fighting for his life.
Ahead of her dreaded court appearance, Kim was continuously reassured by her partner Howie Danes and sister Denise Fox that she would most likely face a driving ban as they comforted her amid her worries that she would be thrown behind bars.
Despite her loved ones giving poignant and inspiring statements about how much she is needed at home, Kim started to panic after the prosecution suddenly showed CCTV footage of the horror car crash.
This in turn brought on a panic attack for Kim as she attempted escape the courtroom to catch her breath.

Despite the fact Kim's lawyer told the judge of Kim's mental health battle, it fell by the wayside because she was awaiting confirmed medical evidence that she suffered with severe anxiety.
The judge then ordered Kim to be taken down and held in custody until the evidence of her condition could be provided.
Following the dramatic scenes this evening, viewers took to Twitter to share their love for Kim as many admitted that they could 'relate' to Kim's behaviour.
"I would be the exact same if I were Kim. Well done to EastEnders bosses for portraying anxiety issues so well. This is exactly what it feels like," one viewer tweeted.
"EastEnders has me tearing up! The actress who plays Kim does a really great job of showing off the symptoms of anxiety. It's honestly crippling," another echoed.
While a third tweeted: "Gosh, Kim being held in jail because she had a panic attack seems a bit much."
It comes after EastEnders viewers were left annoyed after they were unable to watch the BBC One soap on the iPlayer this evening due to a last minute change in schedule.
Due to the fact that Wimbledon is airing on BBC One this evening, EastEnders has moved to BBC Two at 7.30pm instead.
Given that the soap airs every single week from Monday to Thursday on the iPlayer, confused fans were left scratching their heads when they went to watch the soap live this evening, but were met with Wimbledon coverage instead.
