The Steam Summer Sale 2023 will be kicking off today, with some great gaming deals expected to be available.

In just a few hours, the Steam Summer Sale 2023 will be underway, and players will likely be able to get some nice discounts on games from major publishers including Valve, Microsoft, EA, Sega, Activision, Rockstar Games, Capcom, Sports Interactive, Ubisoft and a bunch more. There's a small chance that we may see discounts on the Steam Deck, too, Valve's very own gaming handheld, but this hasn't been confirmed.

So when does the Steam Summer Sale 2023 begin? And, when does it end? Here are all the details.

Steam Summer Sale 2023 start time, end date and what to expect

The Steam Summer Sale 2023 will begin today at 6pm BST / 1pm EDT / 10am PDT, as confirmed via a post on the Steam Community forums. The Steam Summer Sale 2023 will run for exactly two weeks, with a confirmed end date of July 13, 2023.

The Steam Summer Sale 2023 is marked on said blog post as a 'major seasonal sale', with the event open to all released games, so expect a lot of games to be discounted and loads of bargains to be had! The last major seasonal sale was the Spring Sale, which ran from March 16 to March 23, with the next major seasonal sale coming in November with the Autumn Sale, which will be followed by the Winter Sale in December and January.

Following the Steam Summer Sale 2023, the Stealth Fest will kick off on July 24 to July 31, 2023, and as the name suggests, there is expected to be a number of stealth-based games receiving discounts. Here's the full Steam Sales and events schedule for 2023.

Before any of the above kick off, though, all eyes will be on the Steam Summer Sale 2023 which begins later today, as mentioned. No PC player's wallet or purse will be safe.
