As Martin and Stacey get anxious ahead of their daughter Lily’s family meeting with social workers, the youngster is distraught when she is signed off school until after she’s given birth with high blood pressure.
Feeling increasingly side-lined and irritated by her parents’ involvement and attitudes, Lily worries even more that she’ll miss out on school work and be bored at home.
However, later that day Stacey conspires to get Theo to meet them who offers to tutor Lily for free while she’s off school.
While Stacey is thrilled, Martin can’t wrap his head around why he would go out of his way to tutor someone he barely knows and not get paid.
Suspicious, Martin begins digging for information about the generous teacher from Freddie, who previously had a run-in with Theo.

Martin is furious when he finds out Stacey asked Theo to tutor Lily (BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron)His fears are deepened when his daughter lets slip that Theo bought trainers for her and he goes and confronts Stacey, who tells him to back off.
Undeterred, Martin heads to Theo’s old school and learns the reasons he left.
Back at the Slater house, Stacey is hosting tea for Theo when Martin barges in and throws some serious accusations around.
As tensions escalate, Stacey worries that Theo will no longer tutor Lily but is relieved when he turns up anyway.
As Martin and Stacey agree on a set of rules to keep everyone happy they return to the house only to find it empty with neither Lily nor Theo there.
They’re both horrified to discover their daughter has been rushed to the hospital and when they arrive, Martin grabs Theo and accuses him of hurting Lily.
Theo has been worrying viewers as of late. He has been befriending Lily, supporting her with her pregnancy. He even bought trainers for her and gave her money, as her and Ricky Jr struggled with money for the new baby.
Chris Clenshaw has confirmed we will soon learn about Theo's real intentions and what he's doing. Is he just a nice guy, or does he have some ulterior and darker motives?
Fans have suggested he might be wanting the baby off Lily when it arrives, whilst others think he has a different reason to get closer with the Slaters. Whatever it is will be revealed very soon...
