James Argent opened up about his romance during a live TV interview earlier this morning.
Chatting to Dermot O'Leary and Holly Willoughby on today's edition of This Morning, the former TOWIE star, 35, revealed he is currently two years sober after battling drug and alcohol addictions.
The reality TV star went on to explain how during one stay at a rehabilitation in 2014 for his drug issues resulted in a specialist suggesting treatment for his eating disorders.
James recalled suffering from binge eating disorder from a young age when chatting on the ITV show, after losing over 14 stone since having a gastric sleeve fitted in 2021.
In addition to candidly discussing his health, James also made a few admissions about his love life.

The former TOWIE star had plenty to talk about during his This Morning appearance (ITV)The 34-year-old, who has previously dated TOWIE co-stars Lydia Bright and Gemma Collins,
"Life is all very positive [for you right now] and there's a few reasons for that," Holly told James earlier this morning. "Your love life is very fulfilled at the moment."
Laughing, James replied: "Yes I've got a new girlfriend."
As a picture of James and his partner Stella Turian appeared on the screen, host Dermot jokingly declared: "You're punching!"
A besotted Arg then gushed: "She looks like a young Sophia Loren or Monica Bellucci."
Stella, 19, lives in Italy, but comes over to visit Arg in Essex (stellaturian/Instagram)James first met his teenage girlfriend last year when attending a friend's wedding in Greece.
Stella, who currently lives in Italy, attended Arg’s 35th birthday party at Sheesh in Essex last year, and the couple have enjoyed holidays together in Venice and Marbella.
"She's very special," James gushed on This Morning today. "She's a great woman. God knows how I've done it. I think she thought I was an English Michael Bublé - that's what I told her anyway!"
Earlier this year, singer James said he felt lucky to have Stella in his life, calling the teenage actress "beautiful" and praising her for being able to speak four languages fluently.
