Kourtney Kardashian revealed today that she and her husband Travis Barker are expecting their first child.
The 44-year-old POOSH founder announced her pregnancy by holding up a "Travis, I'm Pregnant" sign at a Blink-182 concert, which left onlookers and fans in a total frenzy.
After seeing his wife's sign, Travis jumped off the stage and ran towards her to give her a big kiss, clearly overjoyed that they were finally expecting after trying for a baby for quite some time.
The couple got married in Italy last year and have long-documented their attempts at getting pregnant, with them sharing their IVF journey with fans, as well as their unorthodox techniques.
Kourtney already shares three children with ex Scott Disick, while Blink-182's Travis is a dad of two with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
Greggs, Costa & Pret coffees have 'huge differences in caffeine', says reportSo, as we celebrate Kourtney's joyous news of a new Kardashian-Barker baby, Mirror US takes a look at the ways she's tried for to get pregnant in recent months and years.
Please note, it is not known how Kourtney got pregnant, but these are the ways she has attempted to get pregnant in the past.
"Our last egg retrieval was not successful, so our new thing that we’re going to be trying is a Panchakarma cleanse, which is Ayurvedic," Kourtney said on The Kardashian's last year
The socialite and now-wife of Blink-182's Travis Barker added: "It’s like 3,000 years old, which will get all of the toxins that are deep within our tissue out of our bodies to have better quality eggs."
"I did this cleanse 10 years ago, I kept telling Travis about this and it’s the one thing we haven’t tried that he’s heard me talk about."
Last June (2022), Kourtney left her fans aghast when she revealed that she had started to steam her vagina to help her get pregnant.
Documenting her fertility journey for Hulu and Disney+'s The Kardashians reality series, Kourtney was candid and open as she spoke about steaming her private parts.
In an episode from a year ago, Kourtney could be seen talking to her mum Kris Jenner and sisters Kim and Khloe about taking care of her vagina.
Talking about the aforementioned Panchakarma cleanse she had undergone, Kourtney said: "I did lose 5lbs but it wasn’t the goal. The goal was to lose all the toxins and it gives you a clean egg.
"Then I did a Yoni steam and I want to buy you all a Yoni steam. It’s so good for your vagina, you put roses and stuff in there."
'I tricked my sister into giving her baby a stupid name - she had it coming'Khloe was less than impressed and said: "I don’t want to put my vagina through that. A steamy vagina? Sounds gross."
According to Aim Wellness Clinic, a Yoni Steam combines "herbs and steam for medicinal use for the vagina and reproductive system."
They add: "V-Steam is used in therapies to: Increase fertility. Reduce menstrual discomfort," as well as other benefits.
At the start of the new series of The Kardashians - which only started airing last month - Kourt and Travis were still on their journey to getting pregnant.
She mentioned on the show that she had been tracking her cycle and having as much sex as possible when she was ovulating.
"Khloe, I know I'm already late for you, but I am ovulating," Kourtney explained as she sat on the bed with her husband while late to meet her sister.
"Do you mind if you give us five minutes to go do something really fast," she added before leaving the room with Travis.
Khloe joked: "Well let's see if this takes five minutes," before timing the couple on a stopwatch.
Showing the screen to her sister, Khloe revealed the couple had taken 15 minutes, rather than five.
Also in an episode from season one of The Kardashians, Kourtney spoke of how she had been told to drink Travis' semen.
In the episode, which aired last May (2022), Kourtney could be seen telling her Ayurvedic cleanse expert that her fertility doctor told her to do one very strange thing.
"But he said something," Kourt explained during the episode, adding: "He told us to, well he told me that the thing that would help [my thyroid] was drinking his c*m like four times a week."
"I love this doctor," chuckled Kourtney's now-husband, before adding that he reckoned this meant he has got "grade A" sperm.
Kourtney and Travis underwent IVF, with the couple documenting their journey before they decided to quit.
The Poosh founder told The Wall Street Journal last autumn that she and Travis had "started an IVF journey, but I stopped".
She detailed how the couple stopped IVF in order to focus on their wedding, but affirmed that it had been "the most amazing experience".
As part of the process, Kourtney had seven eggs retrieved, with "none of them" making it to an embryo.
She added that she and Travis wanted a baby "more than anything" and added that she believed that it would one day happen.
When they found out that their treatment had not been a success, they decided that they were "officially done" with IVF.
Trying natural ways to get pregnant, as detailed above, Kourtney then soon opened up about the downsides of having IVF.
Speaking on her family's show The Kardashians, Kourtney said: "The medication that they have been giving me, they put me into menopause, literally into menopause."
She also detailed how it had made her gain weight.
