Love Island's Paige Turley has finally addressed the reason why she split with Finley Tapp.
Appearing on Sunday night's Love Island: Aftersun to talk about the latest series, she was asked why she and her former boyfriend had parted ways.
She explained the real reason for the breakdown of their relationship as host Maya Jama asked what had happened after meeting on the show in 2020.
The 25-year-old said that she and Finley are "still good friends" but they simply just "drifted apart".
Paige went on to talk about the fact they had gone through the coronavirus lockdown together and "everything we could have been faced with, we were faced with".

It was revealed back in April that the pair were no longer together, at the time saying it "wasn't forever".
Paige hadn't publicly addressed the breakup until speaking on Aftersun.
However, she did post a cryptic message on Instagram which some thought was directed at Finley.
She shared a snap of black tote bag that said "I need my space" on it in what could have been a message directed at Finley in an Instagram Story.
Despite the break up, it's thought that Finley may still be holding out hope as the two topped pinned posts on his Instagram page are still pictures of the two of them together.
News of their split came not long after Finley spoke about hoping to one day tie the knot with Paige.
Speaking to OK! at the Pride of Britain Awards, the former couple talked about getting engaged in the future.
Paige said: "All of that is up to him - I can't force him."
Finley explained: "Getting married is definitely something that we both want to happen, but we spent almost 2 years of our relationship in and out of lockdown, so we're just catching up on life really.

Paige and Finley won the first winter edition of the ITV2 dating show back in 2020.
