James Argent has opened up about his relationship with girlfriend Stella Turian, stating that he tries to keep their romance as “private as possible”.
The TOWIE star, 35, also described his 19-year-old beau as “very supportive”.
In an interview, Arg spoke about his recent weight loss transformation, losing 13 stone in total, as he underwent a gastric sleeve surgery in 2021 and a tummy tuck at the start of the year.
He also spoke about the difficulties he faced with his weight and his mental health over the years, admitting that his life has since changed for the better.

Speaking to The Sun, Arg said: “I've got a girlfriend and she lives in Italy. Yeah, we're good. We're happy. But I just don't really want to… if you don't mind. The thing is with Stella, she isn't in the public eye.
“She's really working hard on achieving things in Italy at the moment. And, for the time being, we just try and keep it as private as possible. I've never posted Stella on my social media and stuff like that.
“We're very supportive of each other and we're very happy. And everything's good.”
Arg spoke about the effect his body transformation has had on his relationship, stating that he feels confident taking his T-shirt off while on holiday with Stella, and that he now “feels good naked and around the beach”.
The couple met in Mykonos last year when Arg attended a friend’s wedding.
Since then, the couple have been spotted looking loved-up together, despite keeping their relationship low-key.
Stella attended Arg’s 35th birthday party at Sheesh in Essex last year, and the couple have enjoyed holidays together in Venice and Marbella.
Arg previously said he felt “lucky” for having Stella in his life, calling the teenage actress “beautiful” and “extremely intelligent”, and that she can speak four languages fluently.
