Alison Hammond revealed Dermot O'Leary serenades her every time they present This Morning together.
The 48-year-old icon and the 49-year-old present the ITV morning show on Fridays, taking over from Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.
Alison will be hosting the BAFTAs this weekend at the Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall, alongside Richard E. Grant.
However, she won't be able to without the help of her This Morning co-star Dermot.
"If Dermot doesn't sing to me before a show, then I can't go on," she explained.

She added to Closer Magazine: "I do have a few rituals, I'm a little bit weird."
It was revealed in January that Alison will be hosting the annual awards show with Oscar-nominated actor Richard.
She said: “I’m so excited to be hosting this year’s EE Bafta Film Awards with THE Richard E Grant.
“We’re going to have a lot of fun bringing the glitz and glam of backstage to everyone watching at home around the world.
“From hanging out with the stars to celebrating the biggest night for cinema, and joining the discussions with film fans, get ready for good vibes only.”
When she's not achieving incredible hosting gigs, she presents chaotic This Morning episodes with Dermot.
In December, Dermot surprised her live on air by presenting her with a special award.
He interrupted Alison halfway through the show to bring out a framed certificate for a presenting award that she had won.
Alison looked confused as Dermot broke from the teleprompter, and said: "We've got a bit of a surprise for you, Alison Hammond."

Dermot added that despite not beatingITVpresentersAnt and Decat theNational Television Awards– as the duo notoriously racked up all the awards – she did for this accolade.
"It was very sad, a weird celebratory moment where you lost out to Ant and Dec at the NTAs," Dermot said.
Dermot walked behind one of the many Christmas trees to pull out a framed award and continued: "Well you've actually, interesting, beaten them and won the best-loved presenter at the Entertainment Daily awards!"
