Carol Vorderman has explained why she threw out her scales in 1999 - and says she knows her own body.
I'm A Celebrity viewers saw Carol and Myleene Klass discuss not having bathroom scales in the house, with Myleene saying they were bad for her daughters.
Explaining her reasoning, Carol said: "Every woman knows the feeling when you get on the scales in the morning and it appears that your weight has gone up.
"'Oh I put on three pounds', but you haven't put on three pounds of fat in a day, you cannot physically do that.
"You have probably retained water.

"I know how big I am or not by my volume so I just go on how my clothes fit really.

"I call it half a dress size. So I'm basically a size 10. And it I might go down to a 'size nine' or up to a size 11, and that's fine with me."
During their time in camp together, winner Myleene and Carol had discussed the subject of weight when former Countdown star Carol, 62, asked if it looked like she had lost weight.

"Only good numbers. Why would you let your children measure themselves, measure their value, measure their contribution on a scale."
Carol responded by saying she threw out hers in 1999. She added: "I have not known my weight this century."
The former Countdown star became the latest celebrity to leave alongside former Royal butler, Paul Burrell.
They were giving their marching orders just one day before the grand final which will see Fatima Whitbread, Jordan Banjo and Myleene Klass battle it out for the top spot and to be crowned the I'm A Celebrity Legend.
