Spencer Matthews and Jamie Laing got their followers hot under the collar with a gym selfie as the pair posed topless.
The Made In Chelsea alumni took to Instagram to show off their toned and tanned physiques following a workout session.
The pair both stood with a smile on their face while holding their t-shirts in their hands and wearing tight-fitting tracksuit bottoms.
Posting to his social media page, Jamie, 34, captioned the upload: "Tan lines and another week of content…. Happy Weekend."
And the post set fans away in the comments section, with one user gushing: "Looking good boys," with another agreeing and saying: "Ripped lads," alongside clapping hands emojis.

Their new sculpted bodies come in time for Jamie's wedding to fellow Made In Chelsea star Sophie Habboo.
Spencer is set to be part of the groom's party at the celebration after Jamie asked him to be one of his groomsmen.
The decision might have come as a bit of a shock after Spencer seemed to shun his longtime pal for his big day as he wedded Vogue Williams in the Highlands in 2018.
Despite having been mates since they were teenagers, Jamie didn't make the cut to be in attendance at the ceremony.
However, Jamie is showing he holds no grudges and will stand side by aside with Spencer during his special occasion in Seville, Spain.
After popping the question to Sophie in December last year, the pair have revealed they'll say "I Do" on May 19.
Before that, they intend to share a joint stag and hen do, calling it a "sten" do. The pair have been vocal about their big day in the build up to it, keeping their fans up to date with their plans.
When speaking on This Morning last year, Sophie called her future hubby a "groomzilla" after it was revealed he planned to walk up the aisle on the day.
Detailing her fiance's plans, Sophie said at the time: "Jamie wants me to wait for him [at the end of the aisle] so he can walk down with everyone watching.
