Howard Donald has slammed a fan who criticised his appearance during the Coronation concert.

The Take That star, 55, went down a storm with Mark Owen, 51 and Gary Barlow, 52 on stage at Windsor Castle - but one viewer thought he looked like a "market trader".

Taking to Twitter, they wrote: "Did anyone alive in 1993 have Gary Barlow down as the best-looking one of the group 30 years later? Mark needs a haircut and Howard needs to move away from the scouse market trader look."

Howard, whose legion of loyal fans told him he looked great, replied to the comment, saying: "You’ve obviously been hanging round the Liverpool markets too much! Wanna buy a fake Rolex?!!"

Fans loved seeing the band back on stage with many telling the singer how much they'd enjoyed his performance.
