Holly Willoughby braced herself as she took an ice-cold dip to round off the Bank Holiday celebrations.
The This Morning star, 42, stunned as she braved the icy temperatures in a colourful one-piece swimming costume.
The presenter took to her social media to share the bold move on Monday morning.
Jumping into the ice-filled tub, Holly sported a burgundy beanie hat and carried out heavy breathing.
The mum of three remained determined to carry out her challenge with the skills she learnt after she hosted BBC's Freeze The Fear With Wim Hof last year.

Holly hopped out of the wooden tub, announcing she felt "incredible".

Holly was quickly flooded with praise, as Alison Hammond said: "Yes Holly well done."
A fan added: "Well done I did my first ice bath yesterday for 3 mins (loved it and did it twice!)."
"Ahhh ... I want a go .... and also absolutely don't want a go all at the same time," quipped another.
Someone else remarked: "Well done I use the cold to help me with my mental health."
On the icy show, Holly and Lee Mack followed eight celebrities embarking on an adventure in the Italian mountains in sub-zero conditions.

Holly was already a huge fan of motivational speaker Wim Hof and reportedly brought him to the attention of her TV producer husband Dan Baldwin.
The presenter, who has her own wellness site Wylde Moon, swears by Wim's breathing technique after she was told to try it by a friend.
She told The Sun that Wim's life-changing method has helped her overcome her own fears and boosted her confidence.
Holly said: "I am scared of the world. I'm scared of everything but I'm really trying not to be and I'm getting better at it so anything I can add to my toolkit helps."
