Prince Harry has been relegated to the third row at King Charles’ Coronation ceremony tomorrow, reports claimed.

The self-exiled royal flew back into the country yesterday ahead of the historic event.

But as the rest of the Royal Family were busy with the final preparations ahead of the Coronation, Harry has kept a low profile.

Now reports claim that the 38-year-old will sit in the third row for the ceremony, far behind his brother and father, and the other working senior royals.

It is said he will sit between Princess Eugenie’s husband Jack Brooksbank and Princess Alexandra - the cousin of the late Queen, who hasn’t had a working royal engagement in a decade.

An insider told The Sun: “There were discussions that the seating could be arranged on line of succession.

“But that would have put fifth-in-line Harry front and centre — and with William and Kate.

“Instead the decision was working royals only at the front and work back from there. Harry will be a long way from his father.”

In the build-up to the Coronation, that was a string of reports about negotiations between Harry and Meghan and The Firm over a potential appearance at the Coronation.

Relations between the two parties are thought to be at an all-time low following the Sussexes’ move across the Atlantic, coined Megxit, and a string of bombshell interviews and Prince Harry’s own memoirs.

Harry and Meghan wouldn’t confirm their attendance for weeks after they were invited until it was eventually revealed that only the Prince would make the trip across for it.

Meanwhile, Meghan will stay home with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lillibet.

One reported spanner in their appearance, alongside soured relations, was that the Coronation fell on the same day as Prince Archie’s birthday.

The Duke is thought to be planning to leave just a matter of hours after the Coronation, flying back to America to be with his family.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Royal family are all hands on deck ahead of the event which is costing £250million.

Today the last rehearsals took place and the Prince and Princess of Wales, along with King Charles, took to the Mall to meet royal well-wishers.

Then, later this evening, Charles and Camilla hosted a swanky soirée at Buckingham Palace, welcoming royals and world leaders from across the globe.

At the reception for overseas guests for the Coronation, Kate Middleton also made a surprise appearance, dazzling in a brilliant blue dress.

Dozens of royal and formerly royal families were present along with the likes of Jill Biden, First Lady of the United States, and Olena Zelenska, the First Lady of Ukraine.

Royals from Liechtenstein, Spain, Norway, Romania, Belgium, Denmark, Japan, Luxembourg, and more were all seen at the event.
