Rihanna stunned fans around the world by revealing she's pregnant during Super Bowl LVII's halftime show on Sunday.

And while fans rushed to social media to praise her emphatic performance - and to congratulate her on her latest news - not everyone was impressed with her all-action display.

The songstress put on an impressive spectacle, treating the crowd at the State Farm Stadium in Arizona and fans watching on TV to a medley of her best hits in a 13-minute long performance.

Despite the performance being largely praised, it received scathing criticism from one person in particular; Donald Trump.

The former president of the United States couldn't bite his tongue and took to Truth Social to make his thoughts known.

He wrote: "EPIC FAIL: Rihanna gave, without question, the single worst Halftime Show in Super Bowl history — This after insulting far more than half of our Nation, which is already in serious DECLINE, with her foul and insulting language. Also, so much for her 'Stylist!''

His comments come just days after he publicly slammed the singer for having "no talent" ahead of her performance.

It came as Texas Republican congressman Ronny Jackson had pleaded with the NFL to remove Rihanna from the coveted spot on Sunday's show after the Barbadian star spray painted "F*** Donald Trump" at the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas.

Jackson took to social media to condemn the singer and slammed: "She’s made a career of spewing degenerate filth while badmouthing America every chance she gets. Why is the NFL showcasing this c**p? Rihanna SHOULD NOT be the halftime performer!!"

However, his request was ignored and RiRi went on to put on a rousing display and have fans on their feet.

She looked stunning in her all-red attire as she was lowered from her floating platform to join an influx of dancers, who donned all-white outfits.

As she belted out her classic hits, she appeared to rub her tummy on occasion, leading fans to immediately speculate if she was expecting baby number two.

With social media users going into overdrive, Rihanna's representatives revealed to the Mirror shortly after that the singer was indeed pregnant once again.

Just nine months ago she gave birth to her first child with rapper A$AP Rocky.
