Michael Douglas sent fans into a frenzy when he posed with his son Dylan on the red carpet on Monday.
The Hollywood star, 78, is performing in Good Night, Oscar at the Belasco Theatre in New York.
Dylan looked dapper wearing a suede charcoal blazer while his dad cut a smart figure sporting a navy suit.
The 22-year-old prefers to stay out of the spotlight, but did make an appearance at Michael's Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania premiere with mum Catherine Zeta-Jones in February.
Speaking about his famous parents, Dylan said: "I mean, obviously, they're great actors, both Academy Award-winning actors, but they're great parents.

Last summer, Welsh actress Catherine couldn't hide her pride as Dylan celebrated his graduation.
The star posted a sweet pic of her son, who looked dashing in his cap and gown.
In one snap Catherine hugs her 'joy' and looked gorgeous wearing a cream boater hat and stunning summer dress.
In another she smiles broadly, happily sandwiched between Dylan and daughter, Carys.
Captioning the images, she wrote: "Graduation congratulations to my boy, my pride, my joy, Dylan. I am inexplicably proud of you and I love you beyond words.".
Dylan bagged a degree in Political Science from prestigious Brown University in Rhode Island.
However he may also be following in his parents' footsteps as Catherine revealed both her kids would "love to join the [acting] business.

Catherine and Michael tied the knot 22 years ago and recently revealed they have a novel way of keeping their relationship fresh.
Giving an insight into their long-lasting marriage, the Basic Instinct star told The Guardian : “The rules are I have to whip it out if I don’t hit it past the ladies’ tee, which I manage most of the time.”
He added: “But there have been times when we’re playing alone and I have to give her a little show because we are competitive – but only when I play with my wife.”
