Malin Andersson has shared an inspiring post shedding light on her 15-year battle with an eating disorder which she says took over her entire life.
The former Love Island star, 30, looked incredible as she posed in a green lingerie set to show off her gym-honed physique and gorgeous curves as she opened up about how her life has changed since overcoming her eating disorder.
Former reality TV star Malin - who gave birth to her daughter Xaya last year - has noticeably lost weight since welcoming her little one but has revealed that her weight loss is all down to her having a healthy relationship with exercise and food after years of struggling to maintain a balance.
Malin oozed confidence in the striking mirror selfie which saw her flaunt her toned tummy and cinched waist.
Alongside the snap, the former Love Island star wrote: "My inner strength is now becoming visible on the outside.
Amanda Holden sizzles in red hot lingerie ahead of Valentine's Day in racy shoot"I wasn’t going to post this but why hide? This is me and this photo shows female strength and determination.
"We all go through change, sometimes good and sometimes bad; this is the Ying and Yang of life. For me this shows balance between my mind, body and soul."
The proud mum continued: "Having battled an eating disorder for the best part of 15 years through my adolescence and early adulthood, it’s beautiful to exercise and have a healthy body which compliments my mind. I want to show you all that there is a way out of disordered eating and that healing is possible if you learn to love yourself internally first."
Malin went on to explain how far she has come in her journey, explaining that she has found her depression lifting as she continues to do the work on her body and soul - both physically and mentally.
"Man. I can't believe the days where I would be scared to eat. Scared that if I ate one biscuit or drink a glass of juice I would put on weight, lethargic, no energy. Obsessing over the scales, only doing cardio to lose weight.
"Being grumpy, fatigued, constantly thinking about food. Coffee cigarettes and red bull for energy it's mental.
"Fast forward 6 years and I've reversed my mindset. It took time.
"I woke up one day and had enough of making myself sick. Enough of feeling weak and looking weak."
Malin shot to fame on the second series of the hit ITV2 reality dating show back in 2016.
