Kate dubbed 'pure class' for subtle way of getting in right position for photos

With many years in the limelight under her belt, the Princess of Wales has perfected the art of posing for a photo.

Unlike most of us, rarely is she caught with a hair out of place or looking anything less than the princess she is.

Of course she has an army of stylist, makeup artists and other professionals around her to help, but some eagle eyed royal fans have spotted a little trick she uses for getting in the right position in front of the camera.

A video of Kate, 41, has resurfaced of her subtly repositioning herself as she works out the perfect position for a photo taken with Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, 83, and Mary Crown Princess of Denmark, 51.

In the video, taken at Christian IX's Palace in Denmark in February 2022, Kate - looking elegant in a Catherine Walker overcoat - takes a sidestep to her right, and then swings her heels in the same direction followed by her toes.

The video was posted on TikTok b @l0velycatherine and fans showed their admiration for her effortless move.

One wrote: 'If I did this, obviously my heel would catch on the carpet, I'd fall into Queen Margrethe, she'd fall on the floor and the whole entire world would see it!'

Another added: 'This is gorgeous - just Catherine doing what Catherine does best. No fuss! Just gets things sorted.'

And a third enthused: 'Pure class.'

Yesterday the Princess of Wales reminisced about her early days as a mum as she helped sort newborn baby clothes as she made a surprise appearance at a baby bank.

Kate joined volunteers at The Baby Bank in Maidenhead, where she helped fold tiny baby clothes and remarked how she forgot how small infants can be.

Meanwhile, she also told staff at the centre that she could not believe her youngest son Prince Louis has already turned five after he celebrated his birthday yesterday.

The princess, dressed in a cream blazer over a white top, was shown the piles of bags and boxes of clothes, toys and equipment received at The Baby Bank.
